Book & Lyrics by Stan Gill / Music by Cindy Bright

T he Miller tells his friends that his daughter, the Miller's Maid, can spin straw into gold. Unfortunately his exaggeration is overheard by the passing King who demands that she be brought to the palace to prove her skill before him and the Queen. It looks as if she's a goner ... until a strange little man appears and agrees to spin the straw for her. Not once — not twice — but three times. The bargain? If she should become Princess, she will give him her first born child. She agrees ... and sure enough, that is exactly what comes to pass.

After a year the little man comes to claim the newborn. However, the Miller's Maid convinces him to make another bargain: If she can tell him his name in three guesses, he will go away; if not ... then the child is his.

After a lot of magic, music and an exciting chase scene to discover the little man's name, the child is saved ... and everyone, of course, lives happily ever after.
